When will my wallet ship?
We’re currently accepting pre-orders for our Labor Day Sales drop. Wallets are expected to begin shipping in late September 2025. You’ll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order ships. Pre-orders are guaranteed to ship within 60 days of purchase. Delivery within 75 days or money back.
Is the 20% Labor Day discount already applied?
Yes — the 20% Labor Day discount is automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.
Where are J-Armor wallets made?
Our wallets are currently produced in both the USA and overseas as we scale production. Our goal is to transition to 100% U.S.-based manufacturing by November 1st, 2027.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Wallets must be unused and in original condition.
Please note: Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. Orders usually arrive in 1–3 weeks. Shipping costs are flat-rate and shown at checkout.
Do you offer any warranty?
Yes — all wallets come with a 14-day craftsmanship guarantee. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer bulk, military, or first responder discounts?
